Colorful Rhinestone Collar

I haven't made a collar style necklace like this in awhile it seems. I wanted to make one similar to one that I made a few months back because it was really a pretty necklace... I love the variegating colors and different shapes. It's fun to put this style of necklace together because it's like a big ol' rhinestone puzzle.
